Snigel's progression thread (currently BLD)

I've updated this thread to be a general progression thread, so no longer focusing exclusively on CFOP. After reaching my first goal, I have lost some of my motivation to get faster at regular 3x3, so I'll try blindfolded for a while and see how it goes.
